Our meat is sourced from the Yorkshire Dales Meat Company. The majority of the beef is from their Aberdeen Angus bull with Limousin and Aberdeen Angus cows and are fed on a diet of barley and beans grown on the farm. Their excellent animal husbandry results in consistently full flavoured meat. | |

Cryer & Stott, family cheesemongers of Castleford is where we purchase range of cheeses including Wensleydale and Ribblesdale. Their aim is to be the premier merchant of Yorkshire cheese and produce. | |
