We continuously strive to improve your dining experience and we are passionate in our advocacy for regionally supplied produce, planning menus based on products supplied by many regional producers and suppliers.
As a member of the Yorkshire and Humber Regional Food Group, we proudly promote regionally sourced food on our menus under the deliciouslyorkshire banner.
Our most successful partnership has been with the Yorkshire Dales Meat Company whose excellent animal husbandry results in consistently full flavoured meat.
Our partners include: Cryer & Stott, Cheesemongers of Castleford; Wellocks of Colne & Direct Fruit, fruit and vegetable suppliers and JE & Son Oversby of Townhead diaries who supply our dairy products. Eggs are sourced from farms in York and Withernsea and of course our locally blended "Yorkshire Tea".
As a result of these partnerships over 60% of our food purchases are regularly sourced either locally or regionally.
