Our meat is sourced from the Yorkshire Dales Meat Company. The majority of the beef is from their Aberdeen Angus bull with Limousin and Aberdeen Angus cows fed on a diet of barley and beans grown on the farm. Their excellent animal husbandry results in consistently full flavoured meat. | |
