Booking Criteria Couples celebrating their wedding day at Weetwood Hall who hold a three course wedding breakfast and evening reception buffet will receive: Complimentary Champagne for the bride and groom (placed in your bedroom) Red carpet on arrival A changing room for the bridal party Complimentary overnight accommodation for the bride and groom in a Manor House room. (Should you wish to upgrade to a feature or a luxury room a supplement charge will apply)* Special accommodation rates for your guests Children under 5 years old are free of charge Complimentary room hire for wedding breakfast when booked in conjunction with an evening reception (Evening room hire charges will apply) Menus and place cards Table plan Informal toastmaster Loan of wedding cake stand and knife Free car parking Complimentary overnight accommodation for the bride and groom on their 1st anniversary* * Subject to availability We strongly recommend that you insure your wedding day against circumstances which might be beyond your control. Accommodation We are happy to set aside an allocation of bedrooms for your guests and we do not require a minimum number of bedrooms to be filled*. Bedrooms can be booked online using a bespoke code given to the bride and groom. * Subject to availability Booking Your Reception Here are some steps you will need to take when organising your wedding venue at Weetwood Hall. Before you do anything.... Set the date. This will be greatly determined by availability of your church, registry office or reception venue. You may need to book well in advance for the popular summer months. Wedding photography   Wedding videographer   How to Book Arrange an appointment with one of our wedding co-ordinators. This can be arranged out of office hours and on Saturdays to suit your timetable. A booking can be held provisionally for 14 days after which a deposit of £950.00 is required (non-refundable and non-transferable) to secure the date. When the deposit is received, we will confirm the booking in writing. You will be then required to sign our terms and conditions, and specify minimum numbers for your wedding. This will be discussed with you at the time of booking. Minimum numbers will apply for a wedding breakfast in the Woodlands restaurant: 75 on Friday and Sunday, 80 on Saturday. We will make an appointment to finalise details with you 8 weeks prior to the wedding, to discuss menus, drinks packages, colour schemes, entertainment, table decorations and timings. By this time you will have a clearer idea of numbers and we will update these details. 50% of the estimated cost is to be paid four months prior to the event. Final numbers and the balance of payment for your wedding are required 3 weeks prior to your wedding. Before your big day an appointment will be made for you to come and meet the informal toastmaster who is hosting your wedding reception on the day.
