Weetwood Hall offers inclusive packages for a minimum number of eight delegates. Room hire only rates are available should you decide not to take advantage of the inclusive packages. 8 hour delegate package includes: Unlimited tea and coffee throughout the day Morning and afternoon snacks Two course conference lunch or buffet Fruit cordials, mineral water, mints and soft drinks Delegate stationery Meeting room hire Screen, data projector, white board, flip chart and     OHP in the primary conference room   Free trainers' preparation room* Conference reception/ business centre/     porterage service Complimentary Wi-Fi Complimentary internet/email stations Free parking for over 170 cars   For those who would prefer not to have an inclusive 24-hour or 8-hour delegate package please ring our events team for conference room hire only rates along with the prices for audio visual/ technical equipment where applicable.   *Trainers preparation room - a facility where trainers and organisers can relax, work and prepare for their presentations. The room includes a flip chart, PC, Internet access, Microsoft Office software, colour printer and a document shredder. The addition of lounge seating, television, refreshments and newspaper provides a place to relax as well as work.
