It takes a lot of hard work to ensure all of our guests receive a standard of service that we are proud of. To achieve this we have a wide variety of roles at Weetwood Hall, some directly customer facing and others behind the scene, all equally important in making our guests' visits special.
Operating a 24 hour service, the Reception and Nights team are there to look after our guests every need. The Hospitality team makes sure all our guests receive a memorable dining experience, whether this is in the Woodlands Suite, the Brasserie, Stables Pub or at one of our many special events.
In our conference centre
Our conference team is dedicated to making sure that each event runs smoothly. From room layout to equipment hire, technical and secretarial support, staff are always on hand to assist.
Behind the scenes
Teams that work behind the scenes include Housekeeping and Maintenance who keep the venue spotless. Kitchen who ensure our guests are well fed, Conference and Events who liaise with clients and business partners and Accounts who manage our finances.
