This starts with an in depth company and departmental induction, whilst future development and training needs are identified through our review process to provide a bespoke training programme for you. Our current training portfolio includes customer care, food hygiene, first aid, ECDL, product knowledge and skills training. In addition, we have created our own management development programme covering topics as diverse as team development and assertiveness. The programme leads to an accreditation award linked to the Institute of Leadership and Management.
